Returns & Exchanges Policy

According to the Federal Consumer Protection Law, the period for exchanges or returns is 30 days from the date you receive your order.

If you need a second exchange, please contact our support team by email at support@pluffystore.com immediately after receiving your order to receive further instructions.

It’s important to review the measurements provided in the size chart before requesting an exchange, as orders that have already been exchanged will not be refunded. A third exchange is not permitted.


How to request an exchange or return:

  1. Submit your exchange or return request:
    Please send an email to support@pluffystore.com including the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for exchange/return

    • Photos of the product

  2. Send the product to our central warehouse:
    Our team will review your request and send you the details for shipping.

  3. Prepare your product for return shipping:
    Place the unused product in its original packaging and put it inside the shipping box.

  4. Take the package to your nearest postal office:
    Use the shipping information we provide. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from shipments made incorrectly or not following the detailed instructions sent by email.


Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the required conditions, you may receive:

  • In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will be refunded only if all items from the order are returned, and it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the order has already been shipped and you request cancellation, you will need to wait for the product to arrive, send it back to the address provided by our team, and then we will process your refund.

  • Pluffy is not responsible for exchanging any product if the defect was caused by misuse, or for handling requests submitted after the deadlines mentioned.


Right to exchange or return due to manufacturing defect:
This applies within 3 months of your purchase, provided the issue is assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect by the Pluffy team.
